Ricardo Cabello, Engineer in Training
Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Fresno. Ricardo has been certified as an Engineer in Training by the state of California. He possesses a diverse range of skills, including proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD Civil 3D, and proficiency in Specifications and Cost Estimating, City and Caltrans Standards, Grading Plans, Improvement Plans, Final Maps, Erosion Control Plans, Stormwater Control Plans, Americans with Disability Act regulations, and standard construction means and methods pertaining to public improvements. Ricardo has experience in EPANET, HEC-SSP, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, Flow master, VISSM, and holds relevant coursework in site plan development, design of water quality control processes, urban stormwater management, water resource engineering, and wastewater treatment process design. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he also possesses the ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects while maintaining well-organized records and clear project communication.
