ELM AVENUE (SR 198) BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT (2010-2013)
This project incorporated pedestrian walkway design along Elm Avenue (SR 33/198) in the downtown business district, including, modified and standard handicap curb ramp design, curbs & gutters, sidewalks, street lighting, shade tree landscaping and other associated improvements on Elm Avenue (SR 33/198) from Third Street to Seventh Street.
Performed all required construction surveying and staking services as requested by the project contractor. Set survey control monuments along the project route as required.
Provided City of Coalinga Project Inspector with construction support to meet America Recovery and Reinvestment Act requirements.
