Erika Lansburgh, Associate Engineer
Erika is an experienced Associate
Civil Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil
Engineering and Minor in Construction Management. She
has experience as an engineer in training, in project
development, quality control, construction management,
construction inspection, and is proficient in
Specifications and Cost Estimating, City and Caltrans
Standards, Grading Plans, Improvement Plans, Final Maps,
Erosion Control Plans, Stormwater Control Plans,
Americans with Disability Act compliance, and standard
construction means and methods for public and private
improvements.
Additionally, Erika possesses excellent
interpersonal skills, event planning and organization
abilities, a strong customer service orientation, and
leadership experience. Her educational background
includes special recognition for organizing successful
events, certificates for coordinating a leadership
conference, and active involvement in various
engineering organizations. Currently, she manages local
government projects for the City of Coalinga and assists
in private sector and local government projects
throughout the central valley. She has a proven track
record of managing complex engineering projects,
interacting with clients and authorities having
jurisdiction, completing necessary permits and
environmental documentation as well as designing and
drafting public and private projects. Her ability to
work effectively, efficiently, and be responsive in a
timely manner allows her to simultaneously manage
multiple projects and assignments while remaining well
organized and maintaining plan check and observation
records, ensuring an accurate communication of the
status of each project.
