Engineering A Quality of Life

Oscar M. Ramirez founded Tri City Engineering in 1984.
With thirty-five years of experience, Mr. Ramirez has had a highly diversified career. Before starting his own company in 1984, Mr. Ramirez was employed for twelve years with Bechtel Power Corporation working in construction and inspection work on nuclear power plants and other heavy industry projects. Since leaving Bechtel, Mr. Ramirez has specialized in public works projects for communities in the San Joaquin Valley as a partner in Tri City Engineering Inc.. Mr. Ramirez has provided services in project management, project engineering, cost estimating, and construction. Civil engineering services include design of streets and roads, municipal waste water collection system, potable water distribution, storm water drainage, right-of-way improvements, property acquisition, and site investigation.
