Local Assistance Compliance

Local Assistance Compliance Project TCE is prepared to help California local agencies scope, organize, design, and manage construction of public transportation facilities to be funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) or by the State of California. TCE can assist the local agency with the implementation of processes, procedure, documents, authorizations, approvals and certifications which are required to receive Federal-Aid and/or State funds for many types of local transportation projects.

Tri City Engineering is able to assist local agencies prepare for audit reviews, compliance with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) and Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) goals.
