Engineering A Quality of Life

Virginia Callison, Office Manager
Having worked over 19 years in the construction industry Virginia’s knowledge and expertise extends to all areas of construction. As a graduate from Reedley Community College with a degree in Accounting, she began her journey in a full charge bookeeping/office management position. Through the years she has worked on both public and private projects being responsible for managing the contracts for the Prime Contractors as well as the auditing and payouts for the Subcontractors.

Virginia joined Tri City Engineering, Inc. in 2007, and is responsible for maintaining the contracts and correspondence for all projects including State and Federal Local Assistance Projects. In the 4 years she has been a member of our team. She has used extensively the policies and procedures of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and has implemented a number of projects meeting their extensive requirements.

Virginia can assist Local Agencies with implementation of processes, procedures, documents, authorization, approvals and certifications which are required to receive Federal-Aid and/or State Funds.
