Christopher has been with Tri City Engineering since August 2019. As an Associate Engineer, Christopher has been involved in federal grant applications, project estimating and design, and Caltrans Local Assistance procedures. Christopher has experience working with the California State Water Resources Control Board preparing SWPPPs and rainfall erosivity waivers, as well as the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District completing Air Impact Assessments, Construction Notices, and emissions calculations. He has worked closely with the City of Coalinga in particular, improving ADA compliance, storm drainage, traffic safety, and various other construction projects throughout the city. Prior to his employment at Tri City Engineering, Christopher attended University of California, San Diego where he received his bachelor's degree in Engineering Science. Upon graduation, he served four years in the United States Coast Guard deploying on a Seattle-based cutter, and as a helicopter maintenance technician at Air Station Elizabeth City and at Sector San Diego. Shortly thereafter, he moved to Fresno and joined the Tri City team. In his off-time, Christopher enjoys escaping to nearby national parks, watching movies, and exploring different cuisines with his wife, Monica, and dalmatian, Ganache.
